Description Tekbox TBCP1_CAL RF Current Monitoring Probe Calibration Fixtures The TBCP1_CAL is a calibration fixture corresponding to the TBCP1 series of RF current monitoring probes. These calibration fixtures are combined with a Vector Network Analyser or Spectrum Analyser equipped with a tracking generator to measure the transfer impedance of RF current monitoring probes. Every Tekbox RF current monitoring probe is shipped with a corresponding calibration sheet containing the transfer impedance values vs. frequency. Consequently, there is no acute need to acquire a calibration fixture together with the probe. Calibration fixtures can be used for periodic inspection of the probes or for health checks in case a probe has dropped and there is suspicion that its ferrite core may have suffered damage.
