Rock salt increases stomach acid production and improves overall digestive efficiency, while kauri shell bhasma acts as a natural antacid, helping to balance excessive acidity. Together, these ingredients help to relieve discomfort, reduce bloating and restore balance to the digestive system when it is under pressure. Dosage 1 tablet twice daily, 10-15 minutes after a meal, with warm water or lassi (1 part fresh yoghurt and 3 parts water, well mixed).
